It's burning within me;
My heart is burning in my chest, threatening to
Singe its way through my body.
I feel it on fire,
Never cooling,
Always giving me pain.
It never ceases,
This burning behind my eyes.
It cannot be contained,
And I don't know if it will ever end;
But it is his fault, not mine.
