I fell in love with him,
And yet, to him it means nothing.
He has kissed me, again and again, saying he loves me,
And yet it means nothing.
What, then, means anything to him?
As far as I can tell, his heart has no meaning;
It must be a bottomless pit.
His lips say "love", but his actions say not;
How can I make sense of these signals?
What is the truth?
Actions speak louder than words, and
How do I read this bottomless heart,
When he will not allow me to?
